Purpose in Action: The Giving Purpose Project’s Commitment to Giving Back

I’m excited to share some wonderful updates from the Giving Purpose Project! First, our Care for Kids Campaign was a resounding success. Thanks to your incredible support, we were able to send enough supplies to NFI New Hampshire’s Childhood Wraparound Project to create 25 care packages for children entering foster care. These packages were packed with essentials, and I truly hope they bring a little comfort to kids facing such challenging circumstances. This project is especially close to my heart, as Alexis worked on it before she passed, and I know she’d be proud of what we’re continuing to accomplish in her memory.

But that’s not all! We were also able to fund car repairs for several women in need. It’s hard to imagine having no way to get to work because you can’t afford something as simple as a car repair. These little things, which many of us take for granted, can make a huge difference in someone’s ability to maintain stability and provide for their family. I’m so grateful we could step in and lend a hand.

Looking ahead, I’m excited about my upcoming visit to Interfaith Works in Montgomery County, Maryland. This incredible nonprofit provides emergency shelter, supportive housing, food distribution, and employment services to more than 35,000 residents each year. Their mission is to help individuals and families achieve stability and self-sufficiency, and I’m thrilled to be partnering with them on several projects in the coming months. And in even more exciting news, planning is in full swing for the Lexy’s Legacy Benefit at That’s Amore , Rockville, MD on December 7th. This event is going to be a wonderful evening of celebration, remembrance, and support for all the good we’re doing together. Mark your calendars – it’s an event you won’t want to miss!
